Yes! All of our products are available on hand at our warehouse, so your order will only take 1-3 working days to dispatch.

Scroll to the bottom of any of our email newsletter, click on “Unsubscribe from this list”, and enter your email address.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Delivery & Shipping Fees

Orders above HKD499 can enjoy free local shipping. The shipping fee of orders below HKD499 will be calculated based on shipment weight – you’ll find out during checkout.

Small lightweight orders can be delivered to SF self-pickup points. Simply enter the code and address as your delivery address during checkout. Heavy orders can only be sent to residential, commercial or industrial addresses via Kerry Express. We will message you regarding your order if your chosen delivery service is unavailable – we apologise for the inconvenience..

  • You can track your parcel at Quantium's website here.
    For newly shipped orders, there may be a few days' delay to tracking information appearing on the website; we appreciate your patience.
    It may also take a few tries to enter your tracking number on the Quantium's website before the tracking information appears.

Exchange & Refund / Return

Return (local orders)

Request for return within 3 days of receiving item. Shipping charges are borne by the buyer. Items for return must be brand new, unused, original, with packaging

Return (overseas orders)

  • Request for return within 14 days of receiving the products. If item is damaged while delivering, please keep the original issue as well as with picture of proof for the verification on the approval for refund. Approval may take 5-7 days.

  • Refund

We will arrange for a refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
